BC Health and Wellness Youth Advisory Council
The BC Health and Wellness YAC (BC YAC) is a diverse group of youth in Grades 8 to 12 from across the province and provides youth perspectives on topics related to health and wellness to inform the BC Government on issues that matter to youth. The BC YAC's current main areas of focus include vaping, tobacco, and other nicotine products, and members play an important role in guiding BC Government decisions by raising the views of young people on these and other important issues.

Youth Advisory & Action Council
The Youth Advisory & Action Council (YAC) is a dedicated, hard-working, and diverse group of youth ranging in age from 15-24 from the Lower Mainland who want to make a difference in their communities. Since 1995, the YAC has initiated its own events/projects, participated in McCreary’s various projects as well as activities sponsored by other agencies.

Youth Health Ambassadors
The Youth Health Ambassadors (YHA) are a group of Grade 7-12 students from across BC who lead conversations with peers to gather their perspectives on important youth health topics. YHA members are also involved in sharing findings from the BC AHS and other McCreary data in engaging and creative ways.
