McCreary presented with the 2022 International Society of Child Indicators Impact Award

The International Society of Child Indicators Impact Award is awarded to researchers who have used child well-being indicators in ways that directly impact the well-being of children. Previous recipients include the African Child Policy Forum, Children’s Society and the Social Policy Research Unit at the University of York, United Kingdom. McCreary was therefore humbled to be the recipient of the 2022 award.

The awards ceremony took place in Gramado, Brazil in May and McCreary staff, Annie Smith and Katie Horton, were there to hear McGill University’s Dr. Mónica Ruiz-Casares describe McCreary as a world leader in meaningful youth engagement and community-based research.
